I would like to know the purpose of checking in online if you have to check in at the store again. I checked online and was skipped twice because I didn't say that I was there. That was the first time that happened to me and when I asked I was told that I needed to check in again. The stylist was a bit rude about the whole situation as it seemed she assumed I should know that checking in twice was required. I left without service because I really felt disrespected at that time. Clear process should be posted somewhere specially when my name was already displayed on the screen as the next one on deck...additionally she called my name and quickly called the next person without giving me a chance to answer. Not the best customer service. thanks
